Outdoor activities are great for developing good personal characteristics such as, determination, confidence , stepping out of your comfort zone, creating a positive attitude, risk taking, and how to work in a team.
It is also good for your health and fitness, and is great fun.
Doing exercises daily is very important to maintain general health and fitness. Then, when you have to do something more strenuous you should enjoy it more and hopefully you won’t collapse and die of exhaustion! :P (more…)
